Royal London Money Manager is the name used by RL Money Manager Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04409600. Our registered office is at 55 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0RL.

1. WHO SHOULD USE THE ROYAL LONDON MONEY MANAGER AND WHAT IT IS FOR?
1.1 it is intended only for use by residents of the United Kingdom (excluding the Isle of Man and Channel Islands) who are aged 18 years and above. We do not accept liability for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to the use of the Royal London Money Manager by anyone living outside the United Kingdom.
1.2 The purpose of the Royal London Money Manager is to provide you with an online service which allows you to manage your financial affairs The service available will help create purely indicative budgets and forecasts based on the information you provide and assumptions within the website which you can change if you wish.

3.1 You must register online with us to save your information.
3.2 We have complete discretion whether or not to accept your application to register with us. We may reject your application without giving a reason.
4.1 You will be able to select a password when you register.
4.2 You should memorise your password and ensure you take all reasonable precautions to prevent it from being obtained by anyone else.
4.3 If you believe that someone else knows your password or is using your password to access your plan without permission, you must ensure that your password is immediately changed using our on-line facility.
4.4 If you fail to take these steps, we will not be responsible for any loss you suffer as a result.
5.1 We aim to make the Royal London Money Manager available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We do not guarantee that it will always be available. It may be temporarily unavailable or restricted for routine maintenance or other reasons. If this happens we will try to restore availability as soon as possible.
5.2 We may for security reasons restrict or remove your access to the Royal London Money Manager if:
(a) the incorrect password is keyed in on three successive logon attempts;
(b) you or we suspect that an unauthorised person is attempting to access the Royal London Money Manager using your password;
(c) for valid operational or security reasons, you or we believe it is necessary and appropriate to do so;
(d) you are using the Royal London Money Manager for any commercial purpose or for any other use which is not personal use (for example, to advertise services that you could offer).
6. INFORMATION ACCURACY AND DISCLAIMER
6.1 We will take reasonable care to ensure that all the information that we provide is accurate, current and complies with relevant laws and regulations of the United Kingdom as at the date of issue.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 We either own or we have the right to use all intellectual property rights in the Royal London Money Manager .
7.2 You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any of our proprietary rights (including copyright and trade mark notices) which may be attached to the Royal London Money Manager.
7.3 We do not give you any right to use any of our trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names or other distinctive brand features.
8. NO COMMERCIAL USE
9.1 You may cancel your use of the Royal London Money Manager. To do this you must login and inform us of your request using the online facility. We will complete the cancellation within seven working days of receiving your notification.
9.2 We may terminate your right to use the Royal London Money Manager:
(a) by giving you immediate notice if you commit a material breach of these terms and fail to correct the breach within 30 days of being asked by us to do so; or
(b) by giving you as much advance notice as possible in the event that we have to withdraw the Royal London Money Manager for legal, regulatory or other reasons.
9.3 The notices that either we or you are required to serve on each other under this section must be served by email. Any email will be deemed to be delivered on the day it was sent provided the sender does not receive a non-delivery message.
10. OUR LIABILITY
(a) a breach of any term implied by law as to our title to any goods or services we provide to you;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) personal injury or death resulting from our negligence; or
(d) our breach of our statutory obligation to provide the services with reasonable skill and care.

12. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
12.1 You must not misuse the Royal London Money Manager by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Royal London Money Manager, the server on which the Royal London Money Manager is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Royal London Money Manager. You must not attack us via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
12.2 By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Royal London Money Manager will cease immediately.
12.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Royal London Money Manager or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
We do not guarantee the suitability of any downloads from the Royal London Money Manager and accept no liability for any problems with your computer that may arise as a result. You accept that you will be solely responsible for any consequences of downloading any material made available through the Royal London Money Manager. If you are not sure about the suitability of any such downloads for your computer, please seek specialist advice before downloading.

We will accept no liability for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of this.

15.4 Although we scan all emails and electronic messages for viruses, it is never possible to guarantee that our virus-scanning will be completely free of errors. Accordingly, we do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused by a virus or for any alteration made or caused by anyone else, after we have sent you an email or electronic message. We recommend that you employ reasonable virus detection and protection measures when accessing any emails or electronic messages from us.

18. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
18.1 We draw your attention to the following:
(a) the internet may be subject to interruption or failure through no fault of ours;
(b) you are responsible for providing and maintaining the communications equipment (including personal computers and modems) to use the Royal London Money Manager;
(c) we cannot guarantee that the Royal London Money Manager will support all browser types and be fully compatible with your communications equipment; and
(d) you are required to maintain a live email address for receipt of ongoing communications. Please add emails from us to your safe list.
